Fernvale Primary - Growth mindset for teachers

It was a privilege to address the staff of Fernvale Primary school on developing their personal growth plan for 2020. Teachers were encouraged to think of interests they wish to pursue in the coming year. By embarking on a personal journey of growth, teachers were encouraged to embrace the same growth mindset which they introduced to their students previously.

The main takeaway for the session: Teachers may deepen their empathy for their students' learning journey towards mastery when teachers are on a similar journey to mastery for their hobby.
